BIO At age 16, Greg Morton got first job at a local department store, as a P.A. announcer.  That same voice that grabbed the attention of shoppers,  recently wowed judges, on the season 14 premier of America’s Got Talent.    Howie Mandel said, “I can’t believe there isn’t a banner with your name on it in Vegas!”  After 35 years of entertaining audiences worldwide, opening for Celine Dion, Harry Connick Jr. and Luther Vandross at Radio City Music Hall - appearing on Just for Laughs, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, Comic’s Unleashed, and his own Dry Bar Comedy Special, entitled, ‘I Started Out as a Baby’ - he received a standing ovation, and four yeses for his 2 min. Star Wars routine.  The force is definitely with him. 

Greg Morton Rides the Rocket in Erie

Early this morning, I was on The Rocket 101 in Erie with Mojo and AC promoting my appearance at Jr.’s Comedy Club.  We had a great time talking about chicken and waffles and I debuted my new song about the pope.  If you missed it, here’s me sporting my new -do.  🙂  If you live in the area or you’re just passing through, give these guys a listen.  It’s a fun show!

Benefit for the family of Michael Boldon, hosted by Jamie Masada @ THE LAUGH FACTORY

This past Wednesday, Jamie Masada, CEO and founder of The Laugh Factory hosted a benefit for the family of Michael Boldon.  A cab driver who was killed on the Las Vegas Strip and Flamingo on Feb. 21st.

 

One hundred percent of the proceeds were given to Boldon’s family to assist them in this time of crisis.  

 

People don’t realize that Las Vegas is not ‘The Hangover,’ it is a community.  If we all come together, we can make a difference.  Like I overheard George say backstage in the green room, “It’s all about giving back.”  

 

Our hearts and prayers go out to all the families who have endured this horrible tragedy and we like to encourage all the clubs on the strip to put on similar benefits to aid the Boldon  family.  

 

Those who attended the show were treated to great show, featuring comedians, Gallagher, George Wallace, and Greg Morton.
