HSC is bringing a comedy tour to the community! Starring Greg Morton, Semi-finalist from America’s Got Talent with special musical guest, Jack Redman. C’mon out for night of fun and laughs. Greg has appeared on Just for Laughs, Comedy Central, and his own Dry Bar Comedy Special. He was most recently featured on CBC’s The Debaters.

His show is like a one-man variety show, featuring a mix of stand-up, impressions, and musical parodies. See why Howie Mandel said, “There should be a banner with your name on it, in Vegas.”

It has been over 40 years since Greg Morton performed in Tavistock, Ontario, (Just 25 kilometres from his hometown of Woodstock). Back in the 80’s he was a mobile disc jockey, spinning vinyl at weddings and dances, while strutting across the stage in a bright yellow and black bumble bee costume. Silly, yet humble beginnings for this Oxford County native, who would go on to become a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent.

“This was the genesis, the beginning of what would become my touring one man variety show,” Morton said. “Places like Tavistock, Woodstock, Ingersoll and the tobacco circuit. This is where I cut my teeth and honed my craft.”

This Saturday, Tavistock will relive those glory days. Celebrate good times!
